New Patients

Spine Correction Center of the Rockies welcomes new patients. Our new patient process is detailed, thorough, and includes several non-invasive and effective tests, including an x-ray analysis to determine if you are a candidate for our clinic.

We want all of our patients to have the greatest chance of success with our program so we screen our new patients thoroughly to determine how well your body will respond to the treatment protocols as well as how quickly the results can be expected. We want you to get what you pay for and see significant and lasting changes in your health.

The first step is to fill out the new patient application form and consult with Dr. Farrell or Dr. Cardwell.

For your convenience we have made the paperwork available to you here so you can fill these out and bring them with you to your first appointment.
