Dr. Payton Schieffer grew up in Wibaux, Montana, a small ranching community in eastern Montana. She grew up with four younger sisters, who were all very active in sports. She played college basketball and volleyball in North Dakota, when an injury took her in the direction of chiropractic. Dr. Schieffer decided to attend chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and recently graduated in November 2020. During her time there, she obtained certifications in Graston technique and CPR. Along with helping the human population, Dr. Schieffer also has her Animal Chiropractic Certification and loves working with dogs and horses.
Dr. Schieffer loves spending time with her family and friends. She met her boyfriend, Matt, in chiropractic school and they have a naughty little basset hound together, named Lynyrd. Colorado was the right fit for them, as they enjoy the Rocky Mountains, hiking, brewery hopping and going to Cross-fit together.
Dr. Schieffer is here to help her patients achieve a pain-free lifestyle and to get back to doing what they love.
