Simple squats off of the bed, or a chair that is approximatly 90 degrees.

The glutes are primary stabilizers for the low back as well as having a major role in walking. In order for them to work effectively, they need to be strong.

  1. Off of a bed, or a chair, where your knees are 90 degrees or more, cross your arms and press down through your heels, as you squeeze your glutes, or buttocks region.
  2. The key is to not lean forward, and make sure you are squeezing your tushy.

You can start with 5-10 reps 1-2X per day.

Who knows with the new year, it may have some firming effects as well.
